  1. Hi Paul, I have a1999 superlight chassis with V5 that I am looking to move on. This was repaired (new long front and all new panels) by Arch and then repainted in 2009 - it has been sat in the garage gathering dust ever since.... Let me know if you are interested - I can send some photos. I also have many other parts (almost enough to fully rebuild the car) - happy to list if you're interested. cheers, Dave
  2. I saw the same or similar in Staines at lunchtime today, heading along London Rd towards the Iron Bridge. Dave

  7. No thanks - I'd much prefer to keep the offering etc within the thread, and only take it to blatmail to exchange payment/delivery details. Much more open IMO, and seems to work well for other forums Dave
  8. Pretty certain the pressure sensor is in the MEMs unit - the bit you have is I think the fuel vapour trap (see this thread here). dave
  9. Peter, any chance of a photo - that may help to identify what you have and work out which diagram best matches. Dave
  10. And the R400K is a VHPD with Roller TBs, MBE ECU and a different loom - if you think there are any other differences I'll be interested in knowing what they are. I realise mechanically the R500 is more exotic, but I think the engine loom is different to the standard EU2 k series, and the point I was making (obviously poorly ☹️ ) is that it is the same as the R400 loom. ETA - I guess the question is what does the OP have - an original VHPD on swan neck bodies, or a later roller barreled version.... Dave Edited by - davef on 22 Jun 2010 23:16:51
  11. I'm not convinced the VHPD (R400, R500) engine loom is the same as standard EU2 K series engines - the ECUs are different for a start and I'm pretty sure they have different pinouts. Will check tonight. Dave
  12. Thanks guys, looks like the photos cover what I need at the moment Shad, Simon, thanks for the offer - I think I'm sorted now. Cheers, Dave
  13. Ah, good question! It's a 1999 Superlight. I'll have a look through your photos when I'm back home - I suspect the basics will be similar. Thanks Dave
  14. As I'm finally starting the rebuild of my Caterham, I decided to have a look at the photos I took during the strip down, and can't find all of them ☹️ So if anyone has some rebuild photos that they're willing to share, or know of websites with a good set of photos, especially of the engine bay showing how the various pipes and the wiring loom go round, I'd appreciate any links In the meantime I'll continue looking for the missing memory card...... Thanks Dave
  15. Hi, I'll take the DeDion tube assuming it's straight.... Ta Dave
