manual states 0 degrees 20 mins +/- 10 mins toe in for road use (Assembly guide issue 1 - k series) Hmm (and thanks BTW) I will need to dig out where I was looking....that showed toe OUT. Back to the garage to reset!

The steering alignment can make things really twitchy if you have toe out. You want it on track but it gets very lively on the road. The manual recommends a bit of toe in for road use. Are you sure? At the PGM open day they told me I should have 25 minutes +/- 15 minutes of Toe OUT on my 1.6 SS per the Caterham set up instructions I have. This was for road use. Have not tried it in anger yet as it turned out the rack had wear in the bearings so i needed to change that first! edited: to correct to state minutes!

Rack has rotational play Right Hand side where track rod goes into rack. I think its play in the bearings and not the track rod ball / knuckle joint No track rod ends I know Titan Motorsport offer a rebuild service For collection only (postage would be quite high!) now £120 (offers invited) Happy to answer any questions -

I am getting similar with a 1.6 SS K series. About 6-7 bar at start up and until after engine is warmed up, then after about 8-10 minutes driving it drops to 4.5 bar and only after a longer drive does it go to 2 bar at idle, reverting to 4 bar in use I have a remote mounted sender (new) Should i check anything out?

Here goes This method works as the T Piece earths against the horn bracket I may replace tie-wraps with a p-clip as it doesn't look that neat. P clip needs to be without rubber and need to check sizes as original without rubber was too big Gauge now reads just over 4 bar :-)
