Wahey
Hi Zak, Could you post up a link to the glasses please or let me know where to get info from about them. I have heard of them and know many caterham drivers rate them but i have never seen them. My Oakleys are a bit useless at night! Cheers

Harry Flatters
Bit O/T but has anyone experienced the rubber padding coming adrift from the frames? Whatever they use to stick this on with has gone all yucky and will no longer hold the padding on. *arrowright*Harry Flatters *arrowright* AKA Steve Mell - Surrey AO and Su77on Se7ener Carbon Components from IK9 Composites

zak
HI Harry, Personally the pair I have has not done this - perhaps its yet. I have had mine for about 18months and the only thing I find annoying about them is that you have to make sure the ends of the frames when folded dont scratch the lenses. My solution is only fold 'em up with the head strap on. Sorry, your pair has gone 'yukky'. Zak www.zak7.com
zak
Got orders from Peter and Adam so far - will probably close this a week today and place the order then with Fred. If you have an email from me then I have your order. Zak www.zak7.com
Alan Bowler
Was thinking about getting some of these. Someone posted a useful link/description of what the different coloured lenses are for, but I can't find it now. What colour is best for generic sunglasses mode? Rust? [Anyone going to Dunsfold tomorrow got a pair I could try on? - my searching for info has shown up that their don't fit/suit everyone] Cheers AB Edited by - Alan Bowler on 20 May 2005 12:30:
davef
Someone posted a useful link/description of what the different coloured lenses are for, but I can't find it now. What colour is best for generic sunglasses mode? Rust? There's a brief description on the Wiley website - choose the colour and the descriptive text describes what they're most suited for.. John Howe
Steve, I must have purchased at least a dozen of these frames and never been aware of any of them coming un-glued. Infact I consider them so good that I spent £450 adding "vari focal lenses" to them. Are you sure you haven't left yours in a location that included oil/petrol vapour i.e. your Y-fronts? Normans_Ghost
One edge of mine became unstuck. It's due to pulling on them as you lift them up to take them off. A spot of super glue cured it in seconds. Norman Verona, 1989 BDR 220bhp, Reg: B16BDR, Mem No 2166, the full story here
