Strangely Posted August 18, 2004 Share Posted August 18, 2004 Hi Dave, I've got the block from a 1996 1600 SuperSport sitting in my garage. I don't know for sure whether there's anything wrong with it. See here (at the bottom) for a description of why I replaced the engine. fordy Posted September 21, 2004 Share Posted September 21, 2004 dave, i've got the remnants of a 1.4 supersport in my garage you can have. It was a low port head. Dunno about the block vintage.
