Front anti roll bar ball

I'd spin it until it was sideways on then pull it out with a pair of pipe pliers.  Hopefully it'll be fairly loose as it's been running dry.  You could also drill it and wind a screw in to give you a bit more purchase.  Drill off centre to avoid the ball spinning.

Its not usual to use conventional threadlock on plastic - can make the plastic brittle or simply not work.

ou can get threadlock for use with plastics - or just use superglue if you must use something but have a "moment" at the price of proper threadlock  :)

The bugger is out!

I tried creating a new thread into the material but that didn't work. When i was tightening the bolt the thread broke.

So I used a number of drill bit and it finally started to spin which was then a question of using more drill bit to break the last part in half. 

Now waiting on the new balls from Redline!
