Diff removal .... a 3hour job plus 3 hours to refit ... Is that right

There are a few impacting factors:-

- i have flexible brake hoses so no need to bleed the brakes

- i unbolt the dedion ear and remove the disc / hub / driveshaft complete

- if you unbolt the prop in situ you can get the diff out by just unbolting a few bits on the dedion and swinging it out of the way.

these three things could shave a bit of time off but not much - probably an hour IMHO
