dave_h34
Quite a pain of a job apparently. If it helps I've been quoted £130+vat for the self same earlier today.
David Brown
I would suggest only if you have done it before. Maneuvering the diff to get the bolts and washers back in can be a complete pain but easier on a lift than under the car with axle stands and not much clearance. Member Jonathan Kay Posted June 30, 2016 Member Share Posted June 30, 2016 What David says. And I don't know why my bolts suddenly went in when they had consistently resisted before.Crane, jack or buddy? I used a nephew.Jonathan
DJ.
I'd struggle to get it done in that time, but I am sure the Caterham race mechanics do it a lot quicker!
Wrightpayne
There are a few impacting factors:-- i have flexible brake hoses so no need to bleed the brakes- i unbolt the dedion ear and remove the disc / hub / driveshaft complete- if you unbolt the prop in situ you can get the diff out by just unbolting a few bits on the dedion and swinging it out of the way.these three things could shave a bit of time off but not much - probably an hour IMHORegardsIan

SM25T
I can remove mine in just over an hour .... and refit in an hour and a half .... at home with axle stands and a trolley jack.
