I assume that it need to be hooked up to a computer to find out what is wrong?I have been waiting two days for Caterham to call me back without success. As usual, lots of apologies but no action...Can anyone suggest another company who would be able to look at this in the Caterham/Kenley area? PeterM Posted June 22, 2017 Share Posted June 22, 2017 I had the amber come on on my 160. AA man with diag computer sorted it in 20mins. 160 is 'fly by wire' and it turned out to be dirty connections in the throttle body potentiometer; which he sprayed with contact cleaner and it's been OK since. Not sure what the cause was but there seemed to be a lubricant in there and I reckon the heat may have thinned it so much it ran onto the connections.
