  1. Yes it is a double door, but they open outwards. Snug but works ok.
  2. In the garage and going nowhere soon. Never mind, it's not for ever.
  3. Thought I'd give this one more go on here now that Spring is almost with us. Also advertised on Facebook Marketplace, price now reduced from £395 to £325 or near offer. NOW SOLD
  4. A "69" reg Academy Car. Spotted yesterday afternoon, 27th January, leaving Snetterton Circuit at 4:30 am to join A11. Maybe been doing some testing? We were in the Mini Clubman Estate that pulled into lane two. You followed us for a bit then went past after a mile or so. Appalling weather conditions, hope you go home safely. Steve
  5. Took a backup. Took a deep breath, and just did it. All ok. Logged out of all sites, but stored passwords were remembered so all good. Thanks for your help Jonathan and Tony.
  6. Tried File>New Window - No joy. It did something, in that all posts were flagged as new. However, there was still no edit window at the end of any Chitchat post. However! I Did: Safari> Preferences> Manage Website data> Select Lotus7 club> Delete all This has cleared the condition. Useful, but frightening how many website are in the list. Wonder what would happen if I removed them all............
  7. Tried the iPhone, all ok so it's looking like a problem on my machine. "and deleting the relevant browser caches and cookies." No idea how to go about that, will do a bit of Googling.
  8. Now back as me following a machine reboot. No change, can't get editor on any Chitchat post but can on any other forum.
  9. Hi Tony I'm using Macbook running OS 10.13.6 and Safari 13.0.3 I seem to be able to update my own post (this one) but not one that others have posted. Steve
  10. I understand from Chris at Redline that these are hard/impossible to find now. If anybody has one in their spares box let me know, I'd be very grateful Meanwhile, I got these from Fleabay: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Caterham-Super-7-16-VALVE-Stickers-Badge-Decal-Vinyl-Car-50mm-x2-Racing-Kit-Car/173666346039?hash=item286f522437:g:0WsAAOSwIddb~~oe They fit almost perfectly into the chrome surround left behind when the original insert flew off. Not as good as an enamel one obviously but it doesn't look quite as sorry for itself. I'm not expecting it last very long, and I got it creased because I was too eager.
  11. I'm looking for a replacement yellow and green "16 valve" nosecone badge as used on 1990's K-Series cars. The enameled centre section of mine blew off on the way home from the GNMB yesterday, must have been nipping along. It looks a bit sorry for itself now, I could fit one of the new ones from Caterhamparts but would like to keep it original if possible.
  12. Hi Keith, no probs. It's easy to wheel around once assembled, but you wouldn't want to be getting it in a car every time you need it. Cheers Steve
  13. I just received 22 copies of an email starting: "We are writing to you in relation to your membership to confirm changes to the Direct Debit processor" Not sure whether this is a bug or whether Chris had an itchy finger
  14. Hi Keith, the tine assemblies can be taken off a pair at a time until there are none. Simple fastening with a stout pin and clip on each assembly. The handle can swivel and fold. However it's still heavy. It would take two people to lift it safely. It would fit in the back of a decent sized estate car or 4x4.
  15. Thought I'd give this one more go on here now that Spring is almost with us. Also advertised on Facebook Marketplace, price now reduced from £395 to £325 or near offer. Must go. Something for the Allotment arm of the Seven Club, a Honda FG315 Rotovator. Used by me for around 5 seasons on about 1/2 acre of vegetable gardens. Purchased from Does in Sudbury, brand new in 2011. New main drive belt replaced recently. No longer required due to turning gardens to grass. Can be used with 2, 4 or 6 tines, and with or without discs. Forward and reverse gears. Good overall condition. As shown in the photo, the anchor bar is slightly bent with use. It's in the correct position so this does not affect performance in any way. Can be viewed and collected from the Essex/Suffolk borders. Current list price is £759 - Asking price was £395 now £325 or near offer.
  16. This is a good example of the problem. It is shown as having Zero Replies and Zero Views
  17. Hi Shaun I'm not sure whether this has been reported so thought I'd pop it in here as well as in Chitchat: https://www.lotus7.club/forum/chitchat/view-counts-broken Cheers Steve
  18. Have a great time in East Anglia! I'll let Mike know who it was. He couldn't stop smiling apparently.
  19. Spring-like weather right now, so a crafty "Back To The Top"
  20. A final refresh here before going out to a wider audience.
  21. Our VW Campervan is for sale. We have had her for 5 years but has had very little use due to my reluctance to use her in wet weather. Had great picnics and we used it for our daughters wedding, but never used overnight. It's a show winning camper. Totally rebuilt in 2009 by top engineer, kept dry, and with very little use since then. Extensive history file. Asking price £27,500. Blatmail if interested or email me on stwrig-at-btinternet-dot-com
