  1. Have a link on me. https://www.pgmsussex.com/product-page/clutch-arm-k-series-uprated
  2. I would say yes. Like most ferrous items, they are subject to corrosion, wear and probably metal fatigue. I'm sure we have some metallurgist in the fold who can give a scientific answer.
  3. These things take time to develop. Remember the Wightblat, which started with a few cars and grew into 50+ and almost became a victim of its own success. Portofino probably peaked during 2014-2017 and I was lucky to visit twice where the Brits made a good showing. Is the month of September chosen for a particular Italian reason?

    PPF on kit Order

I had PPG cover my unpainted C/F nose and all wheel arches, but only on the leading edges. I also had the sections on the bonnet where the side screens hit. With the exception of the nose, none of these places were obvious positions for decals. The nose has an adhesive badge which is covered with PPF without issue.
  5. You won't go wrong with either product, and if not satisfied, there's a healthy re-sale market on BC. I have never experienced the directional poppers flying off - If positioned correctly and tightened sufficiently they should be solid as a rock. Don't like the Thundersport large eye idea as the straps are a permanent fixture.
  6. There is no gap between the SBFS hood and doors, and like the TS version, the doors tuck inside at the top so the rain runs off. A spray mist tends to come in from the back on both versions when you are driving at speed and this can be reduced if you install a draft excluder. I've been in some downpours and the half hood has kept us both relatively dry....okay, in truth only slightly damp! Some folks swear by the easy-in zips, however, I've never tried them.
  7. As title......with white CC side stripes. Findon Valley around 4pm.
  8. Not sure if 2015 model has the fuse box cover. If yes then this is a good place to mount the socket.

    JPE Goodwood

Popped over this afternoon to see some supercars on the track and spotted a JPE in the paddock. Chatted to the owner for a while. Heavens opened up on the return journey.
  18. Arrived yesterday. Great bulk buy....thanks.
  19. Oops, Sorry Stephen. Missed that post.
  20. Just placed orders but don't know how to view.......or am I being impatient? Stephen - just PM you to with details of two orders (2 x Men's + 1 x Woman's) to see if they can be combined and save on carriage. Phil
  21. I believe Alistair Westle from the Facebook group does a good line in Caterham decals. https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100000660715881
  22. Hijacking this thread for a mo..... I would be keen to know what wax would work on the brushed aluminium finish. I've tried the Auto Glym product and paid the price - it smeared and tainted the finish to the extent that I had to rewash with Vistal.
  23. Depends on your interpretation of gleaming. If you want to maintain the brushed finish that CC provide from new then I recommend Vistal; however, if you want to a highly polished effect then first you have to get there which involves buffing and then maintenance as per Elie's comments.
