  1. If you drive into or are pushed into the rear of a lorry you will just go under the idiot bar and you head will press against the idiot bar and the FIA bar will then push the back of you head into the idiot bar this will hurt I prefare to have a cage Paul. See My Car Here

I can supply you with wheel nuts in Titanium for Mike Barnby wheels I will need to comfirm the price but these are not cheap the set of 16 will be around the £230 Spec is Fully CNC machined from Military spec Titanium nut and a hard anodised alluminium washer the nut will be open type [hole all the way through] PS Ammo had almost given up on getting these made up and at the time i had spoken to him and he was happy for me to follow this up as I know a man that can Paul.   10. Steve @ SBD advised me I would need an oil cooler for track days but not for sprints or road use so a small oil cooler will do Dick @ SBD sugested a 230mm by 16 row would be plenty so I need to look in the book to see what sizes they do and how that fits in size wise. Paul. See My Car Here
  11. I am going to put one of those air scoops in the body work of my car to duct air to the oil cooler and dry sump tank just in front of the passenger foot well. A bit easier cos a Westfield is GRP Paul. See My Car Here

  17. The cut out in the exhaust side is a Exhaust warm up valve system that helps to warm the enginge up quicker This is not used by engine tuners so needs blanking off. Paul. See My Car Here

Peter don't weld your brackets to the can end pipes as the welding is not that strong to take the weight of the can and headers etc and the end cap welds will fail If you make a cradle it can go under the can and suport it better you could make a band to hold it on the cradle if you wanted. Just before you run off and have something welded to the can What about a Stainless steel cradle that holds the can underneath this can be revited to the can and a rubber bobin under neath to bolt it to the car I can weld stainless steel, mild steel and alloy at home and well be making up something to hold my SBD Ti can to my car just as soon as I have the bits to build my Duratec from Steve.
