    First Race

Well done Shaun, I'm really pleased for you. I am quite envious but couldn't commit to circuit racing, I don't think. I'll check the video later.
  2. I disagree! Has Jeremy finished knitting his new jumper yet? That's what I want to know.
  3. Rob, I'd very much like to, and as I will probably just get a track car next, it wouldn't matter if it was IVAd too much. Especially a Busa, as they are not really road cars as I hear it from others. My racing activities will be fewer next year so it might make a good project to get up to speed with before coming back more regularly. Still, I suspect it might sell before I get any further along in my thought process anyway. If I had a few more quid knocking about and a bigger garage though...
  4. I saw that yesterday. Shame I need to sell mine first...
  5. I just love Llys-y-Fran. It's such an intense hill and in lovely scenery (when you can actually see it). It's always a great weekend full of banter too, so thanks all. Has anyone seen my cat/wig/lucky charm/new jumper in waiting?
  6. I was also unlucky, but not to worry.
  7. Right Simon, challenge on for Llys-y-Fran then. I can't see it happening for me anywhere else, but Llys might just be possible.
  8. Hi Rob, Yep, can do. I'll do it before going on holiday on Saturday if you PM me.
  9. I think I've got mine in my paperwork pouch, Rob. I can pass it on at Aintree if you like.
  10. Did he keep it clean this time?
  11. I'm going to need more than a Landy at this rate.
  12. I don't see why they should when there is a perfectly good and solid roll cage, and they ought to have a wheel chock too. No damage I hope.
  13. Well I'd happily come along to assist anyone and enjoy the banter even if I don't take part in the TD. Sounds like a great event to me.

    Loton Thanks

The excitement when you told me about them nearly made me go and buy a set, Rob!
  15. Vary helpful thanks Chris - as long as it's not too much of a burden on you.

    Loton Thanks

Blimey, what sort of idiot would misplace their tow car key? Oh, wait...
  17. OliW

    Loton Thanks

I'd also like to add my thanks to everyone that helped me get going in the morning, without whom I might have just binned the day and spent it eating ice cream instead. What a great bunch of competitors we have.
  18. Thanks Chris - 62.84 for my first practice, for what it was worth, as I ran later than planned.
  19. No probs fellas. First post edited to reflect your reservations. Delbert - thanks for that. I should have got it really, especially this week with the great man's passing. :)
  20. Nigel - good question! JK - I'm going to have to think about your post! :)
