  1. Quoting RJ: Only downside is that you probably can't fit a towbar. :-( Audi won't let you. 🙆🏻 Hmm, I think I would be safer with about 200bhp less! Slightly tempting but don't think I'd like the fuel bills... (apologies for irrelevant comments!)
  2. Quoting AMMO: Tim, maybe it's time to upgrade! 😬 I don't think so...
  3. Just to explain to anyone confused - I bought Ammo's 5D Mk1 from him...
  4. Quoting AMMO: I had an original 12 MP 5D that was very good but the 5D2 is much better in my opinion. Oi - just rude to say that
  5. Just bought my wife an automatic XC90 so I hope she can get used to the size - she loves the comfort and everything else about it at least, though she can't get into her work car park (which is very tight)! It might help if you mention the mileage? Good luck with the sale!
  6. Begone, foul temptor! May well get one of these at some point, but no money at present ☹️ (planning to be sensible and get 252 for medium term fix - have had my 102-180 since new in 1999...) If I had the cash I would probably buy your 552 - a wonderful, wonderful item
  7. Two more gone today. Just one dog left
  8. Another gone - now two dogs one bitch left
  9. another one gone - now 1 bitch and 3 dogs remaining
  10. 5 available from litter of 8 (5 dogs, 3 bitches) as at 26 April. Five weeks old today. One dog and one bitch spoken for and my father in law is having another but hasn't made up his mind yet between one particular boy / one particular girl Father is working dog (father in law's farm) and my dog is pet (originally bought to be working dog but didn't develop fast enough for f in law) but lives on same farm. I understand both dogs have good lineage but there is no paperwork / kennel club anything The father is a good working dog, but also good with children (my younger daughter used to ride him at age 3-4!) and the mother is very soft and affectionate - whilst still showing interest in the sheep (she managed to dominate a couple of aberdeen angus calves last summer, each about 3-4 times her height). Father black and white in colour, mother mostly black, some white and a little bit of tan. Pups appear to have no tan and just be (mostly) black and white - the most white is about 40%-50% white, the least around 5%, but they are changing and growing quite a bit from day to day £150 each to include 8-week injection. I can take and email photos on request Preston area
  11. I had several conversations with Derek of Classic Carriage fame in 2000-2001 (I did Academy in 2000) regarding the Vx engine and his view (having tried several things for a customer) was that it was not possible to do anything with this engine - although that was subsequently disproved by Blydenstein (conversion no longer available). So it appears unlikely that your engine has an extra magic 15bhp! Apologies if this constitutes interfering with your advert
  12. A lot of fuss is being made here about nothing. I personally don't see the need to force people to post on here when they blatmail someone with an offer - that would feel a bit intrusive/excessive to me. I have missed out on stuff in the same circumstances but, so what? It's a bit irritating perhaps but I'm old enough to take the disappointment without moaning about it Life''s not fair - get over it 😬
  13. I'd like one please, if possible. Live in Preston so would need to use GONADS to receive
  14. Andy, when would be a good time to pop down for a listen? can you set up there? Have decided it's probably just the thing for the loft so I can practise my bass with some lesson dvd's I have - but would be a bit daft not to have a listen b4 deciding definitely [seems a bit daft to take away then set up, listen and return (buy maybe that's what you are counting on 😬)]
  15. Am in Preston - just trying to work out if I dare buy - have just spent stacks on hifi this last month (new Naim power supply, no not one of the cheap ones) plus service on amps and LP12 set up and extra shelves for stand. Will think on for a bit - tempted to get for loft TV where I have the PS3 - the telly there is 2.5 years old so scarts mainly but has the yellow/white/red input as well as regular aerial. Let you know very soon!
  16. will a playstation 3 run through this for sound? Also, possible to route TV through it?
  17. "Llama loving these days" is only four words. So hardly a long sentence. Ah, no verb either, so not a sentence at all. Ahem. I'll get my coat...
