i have asked simon rogers if he will run his sprint training day at curborough, we need a few more to show interest to make it happen sometime in sunny may, at the lichfield track, i have not done it before, but is worth while to have a day off work and get some race tution dates and cost to follow dave Edited by - lotusdave on 6 Feb 2013 20:04:54

thanks a bargain i got mine from a breakers for £20, they wanted £25 at the start, they are from rover 216, 218 ,you can get them new £55, you need to make a few mods ,i had to cut 1 of plastic legs and make a small ali bracket to get right

seals are best replaced anyway, when their a chance to, Heat on the bolts and putting wd while still hot will do the job, if you spend die another day, on it, better than replacing it, dont give up

you will have to heat the bolts as hot as you can, 2 heat guns to burn the loctite out which i think may be their,if this does not work you can drill them out, where abouts are you, iwill do them if you are in the north, this will take about 20mins each bolt

stuart, what make of clutch was in their ? i am running the caterham ap so mine may go the same way i dont do as many events as you i am also in class 4 , 190 bhp should not bother this set up
