On my 2nd ser of nankang ns2r, 185,60r13 however and as per any trackday tyres you need to be careful in the wet. I have driven on massive downpours in Austria and Italy. They give good mileage on the street compound. Personal choice of course, they were about half the cost of a ZZS

Looked at these for both daughters, ended up with a fabia 1.2 3 cylinder, 5 years running , been a good little car. Other daughter fiesta 1.25 zetec, but 20k miles only, its like a brand new car and handles sooo well.

A few road cars have a central fog light, so it must be possible

A number plate light with a reverse light would be good, it's part of the LED UPGRADE kit CC sell. A LED fog light below the rear panel......
