  1. I've just done this over the weekend. I've also had to order a new socket to tighten it. I also bought a magnetic plug for the sump. I got mine from merlin motorsports.
  2. Hi Roger I'm very interested. Would there be any chance of going to the nurburgring on the way back?
  3. Thank you everyone for your replies they have been really helpful and one bought. I wanted a spare to put in my boot as I'm about to start a big road trip. Keep an eye out on my Instagram or Facebook page to see where. I've had the lambda sensor break before and it was not fun so a spare in the boot is a good idea for a long trip I think. Thanks again for all your help. James
  4. Hi I have looked but is there a list somewhere of part numbers? What I'm specifically after is a lambda sensor for a 2012 sigma fixed cam (I can't read the number on mine). Also a part number for a thermostat and thermostat housing if anyone knows what it is? Sorry if I've missed a list of part numbers somewhere. Thanks James
  5. Hi Andy Thanks for replying. After posting this I've been talked into going to Curborough instead. It's a shame two Caterham things are on the same day. I'll definitely be coming to watch some of the speed championship soon though. Thanks James
  6. Here is my video which shows how good these mirror mounts are and the problem with the standard mirrors. Just click on the picture and that will take you to the video. Or the link is .
  7. I've not tried to drain the gearbox oil yet as I've not had time. I will make a quick video on where to find the drain plug if I can. I think lighting and space might be a bit of an issue, but I'll give it a go. I'm sure it would help others in the future if I can. Thanks James
  8. Thank you Pete I really appreciate you finding that.
  9. Sorry I've been in the garage all day doing jobs. Thank you for all of your comments. It sounds like a shortened Allen key is the best then. #12 I like that idea. I dont know if its best to just top up the oil (if that's needed) or to try to suck all the oil out. Thanks James
  10. Thank you all I will try and find the low flying article. I'm thinking about drilling a hole in the passenger footwell to make access easier.
  11. Hi Paul Thanks for replying so quickly. I think I can see a plug on the passenger side. Thanks J
  12. Hi I have a type 9 gearbox and I was wondering if it is possible to change the oil in it? Thanks James
  13. Thanks I messaged them, but no stock.
  14. Premier Power don't have any. I'm still after one if anyone has one for sale.
