David, the 52a has a quick release lever and will be 30 years old, the 52 has no quick release but is not very old. New they are expensive!

Thanks for the reply Alex. I have a Zetec fitted with a 7 inch silencer which is bigger than the one that was with the crossflow setup. This seems a lot of weight betwen the headers and the rear mount. I have seen cars with a front bracket and wondered if it was standard.

I have a live axle chassis.I need to support the silencer at the front as well as the back, can anyone give the position on the extra exhaust mount hole that is under the skin at the front of the silencer? I am assuming that there is one there Dimensions from the front or the rear mudguard would be fine.

Yes is the answer! You will need to remove the A frame bolt where it passes under the housing to allow the case to rotate. Dont forget to drain the oil before undoing all the diff nuts around the case.

I have tried cleaning Michelles Meganne soft top with one of the market cleaners without much luck. I cant remember the make but it was a well known brand. I was still left with green moss type areas and a rather blotchy hood. Has anyone found a good way to bring this type of material back to a clean look.
