  15. I need the metal lefthand engine mount for a K Series S3. Its 1999 so I presume an imperial chassis.
  16. Screw the spring platform back onto the black collar and then gently tap both away from the circlip with a mallet. Once the circlip is on its own you can attempt to open it and work it toward the groove you want to use. Beware though that the circlip can be a real pig to open up enough to move it out of the groove. You may finish up just freeing one end and working your way round to the other. Take care though, as although they're quite tough you don't want to stretch it and make it loose in the groove. Good luck
  17. I had a similar problem some years ago with intermittent gear selection difficulties. It turned out to be the needle roller bearing in the crankshaft nose breaking up and grabbing hold of the first motion shaft of the gearbox. So even with the clutch depressed the gearbox internals were still turning.
  18. I'm after a single 13 x 6 minilite style wheel with Ford stud spacing. Condition is unimportant so long as it runs true and not buckled

    Tyre Size

Will 205 60 13 tyres fit into standard front and rear mudguards and have adequate clearance?
  22. My 1.8 Supersport has no gasket at last, just a nicely applied film of 'Wellseal' on the joint. Never leaked since I've had it and no problems with oil surge either.
  23. I have the original un-lacquered Caterham front mudguards and I have always used Simoniz Jet Black Trim restorer. Used regularly it has kept them in perfect condition and unlike many people, I have never had problems with rain spots. Just make sure you get the cream and not the spray.
