Trying to remove the handbrake sleeve , Tech Talk suggestion was twist and pull, tried that but the handbrake is twisting under the tunnel cover, any other ideas please.

Be careful when sizing the SV grill, I purchased a new nosecone last year for my 04 SV and the old grill was about 25mm smaller than the new aperture. So a new grill could be too large for a older car. Cheers John.

One of my top wishbone gaitors has split, as the car is 7years old and has done 50k+ I was going to fit a new top w/bone rod end, would it be a good idea to replace both sides.

When the top of my speedo button broke off a year ago, I super glued it back on.

I've just fitted a pair today, very good finish, half the Caterham price and they are slightly heavier, give Neil Vickery a ring 07883079410 if you need a particular colour he's a helpfull bloke, and yes 8.5" DON'T buy from Dartford Composites Cheers John

Bonded on six years ago by Caterham Midlands, when the wings are viewed from the outside, a ridge can be seen where each wingstay is located. Does anyone know what causes this please ? Also the standard red gel coat has faded to orange. I intend to replace all four wings in red again, any opinions on the best supplier? Cheers John.

SM25T Thanks for the reply, its a 1.8 k vvc 2004 with a pull slave cylinder.Would I need any other bits apart from the cable, is it a easy fit at the pedal end ? do you know why vvc are hydraulic ? Cheers John

Lost all clutch fluid yesterday, due to slave cylinder failure. Phone up parts dept. to order a seals kit ,only to be told they don't stock a repair kit, bin it and buy a new one (£114). Is there any alternative ?
