  1. Hi Pedro, I purchased mine from PoleVolt Ltd. 01477 533639 . you can buy online, but I live local so not sure of their postal costs.

Sat in traffic today and the top hose split, from seeing the steam and pulling over was less than a minute, temperature was up to aprx. 115 Is there anyway to tell if my HG survived or do I fit new hoses and then what's the quickest way to tell ? Brand new silicone hoses still in the garage (prat). Thanks for any help.

  5. Update on the Apem toggle switch: it's now up and running all thanks to Phil who told me exactly where I should stick my wires.

  7. My 2004 SV had this problem from new, this occurred on the drivers door and when it caved in at speed it made the wing mirror useless. I riveted a dog leg ally bracket to the interior ally skin to act as a door stop, brooklands and half doors now fitted, so no longer a problem. John.
  8. I was hoping for something more basic, like stick the green/red wire onto terminal z and white wire to term x etc. and hey presto it all works. Thanks, John.

Hi, the terminals on the new switch are A1 = NC, A2 = COM, A3 = NO, B4 = NC , B5 = COM, B6 =NO the old switch has no markings, the wiring is : looking down from top is TOP R/H green/red stripe x2 TOP L/H green/white stripex2 MID R/H green/purple stripe MID L/H green/pink (which connects to bottom l/h terminal) BOT R/H green/brown stripe BOT L/H green/pink stripe x2 Thanks, John.
  10. Hi, I've changed all the original rockers to toggles, except the one for the lights which I'm keeping. got them all working except the hazard, the MTS56 is the accepted switch but the 6 terminals on the rocker do not correspond with the new switch. Thanks, John
  11. Does anyone have the knowledge of how to wire a Apem toggle switch (MTS 56) from the Caterham hazard rocker switch ? If you are kind enough to reply please consider the fact you are conversing with an idiot. Thanks, John.

  15. Same here,VVC160, aprx. 50k miles ago lost all clutch fluid, took advice of SM25T and purchased a cable, whilst waiting delivery, refilled, and it has never happened again. The cable is still in the garage.

  22. I'm possibly changing 14" wheels et 23 to 13" et 15 , are there consequences if any to widening the track on a road car(SV) apart from moving the cycle wings over a bit. Thanks.
  23. After paying D.C. and waiting 8 weeks and after frequent promises and receiving nothing, yes they are certainly cheap.
