  1. Not of that image but I think the listing below is correct for your CSR. James
  2. Pretty much as new and complete with all fixings - a pair of lightly used Racetech formula-style side mirrors in black with convex glass/lenses. These seem to retail around £30 or more each so I was thinking £45 for the pair, to include shipping. James
  3. Hi Ben I suspect not - the pocket depth (front to rear) is only 6cm/7cm. The idea with leather seats is that you detach the headrests to allow the cover to fit over. In fact, I'm not aware of a tonneau cover with pockets to accommodate leather seat headrests - I think this is as good as they come! James
  4. Tonneau cover to fit SV or CSR, with headrest pockets (but also fits cars with headrests removed). Virtually as new. Costs £354 from Caterham Cars so looking for £150 plus shipping at cost (shouldn't be much). James
  5. Thanks Alastair - will sent Tuesday latest once I'm back home. James
  6. I've got another one! I'm away till Monday but happy to send it through to you on same deal as for Jonathan - just pay me £5 to cover P&P. Please let me know. James
  7. I have a spare - if you cover the postage I'll happily send it to you. Are you after just the mirror head, or the mount part as well? James
  8. Sorry, Dave - all drivers on Club trackdays have to be Club members. Passengers need not be members - perhaps that's where the confusion has crept in? James
  9. Hi Col I'd like this, please, for £15 including postage. I'll send you a BM with details. Thanks! James
  10. All depends how much you're looking for, I guess! James
  11. Thanks chaps - saw both of these on ebay and actually followed up on one, but the lack of provenance is preventing me from going ahead. If I could find one from a Club member I'd be able to buy with some confidence, but £1000 plus is too much to risk on a punt. Thanks for pointing them out, though. James
  12. Thanks Ed - that is very interesting. I'll drop you a PM. James
  13. Hi Ed Sorry because I'm not after your diff but I am interested in the 5 speed gearbox conversion (were you replacing a 6 speed?). More details on what you did, ratios, costs, etc would be very much appreciated! James
  14. Yes, that's the plan. Replace the 3.38(?) unit that's in the car at the moment with the longer 3.14 ratio to give more relaxed cruise performance with the 6-speed gearbox. Phil and Ollie at Road and Race can't help at present, hence my posts to see if there are any 3.14's available on the market. James
  15. Ah, thanks Richard. The primary reduction explains it. Anyway, back on topic - anyone got one?? James
  16. Wouldn't a BEC need a fd ratio from the other end of the spectrum?? Looking for the CSR! James
  17. Looking for a good 3.14 ratio CWP set or complete 7" Sierra diff. Anyone have one surplus to requirements please? James
  18. As we're now talking Freestyle... I think a lot of the conceptual work is brilliant, including (if I remember correctly) the incorporation of rising-rate on the front suspension, whereas the CSR has a falling-rate front set up. It's just the execution into hardware that has always left me wanting more whenever I take a close look at a Freestyle car; the ultra-low fabrication and build volumes are clear to see. Probably best to draw a line at this point and allow the discussion to revert to topic! James
  19. "looked up C7 CSR on the DVLA tax checker and its on a nissan sorned in 2020 :-(" Thanks Ian. Not ionly SORNED but a long history of terminal-looking MOT illnesses. That would be a nice number - but it seems impossible to locate a name and address from a registration number nowadays, so as to make contact and see if there'd be interest in selling it. I guess it's all down to GDPR. Or maybe Brexit... James
  20. "If we were to make the overall tube thinner or smaller diameter we would have issues attaching the blade to it" Would it not be a case of making the blade thinner (in either depth, or width, or possibly both) rather than playing around with the transverse tube? James
  21. You know, I'm not so sure when it comes to Freestyle. Brilliant concept but the detailed execution is (was), perhaps, a bit lacking? Way off topic now, and probably heresy as well! James
  22. I had 'Y111 CSR' on a previous car that (for some reason) I didn't remove and put on retention before exporting the car for a sale overseas. Just plain stupid! James
  23. Nice - but I'm hoping to find something shorter - you know, something like 'A7 CSR' (in my dreams!). James
  24. "Why would anyone go towards the hard end though? The car would push like hell..." And even more so in the wet! Hence my suggestion that a tweaked spec adjustable bar would suit more people, more of the time. With the mid-point of adjustability placed somewhere closer to, or around, the CC Blue bar stiffness value rather than where it is at present, positioned close to the significantly stiffer CC Red bar. James
  25. "Took the front anti roll bar off my 2.0VX years ago..." Whatever the performance characteristics, the adjustable bars do look really cool though... You can judge how superficial I am! James
