Í driving now the second caterham with zetec. 40´s are fine for the moment if you want the benefit go for 45´s. 45´s make only sence with 5 holes now way out, if want the best TB nothing else. Florian

me to i went also form x-flow to zetec with 5 speed. What a comfort at the Autobahn driving 160 km for 2-3 hours, swim with the traffic perfect. Less fuel and faster. Before 3 hours to swiss now only 3 hours for example. Florian

my caterham is a live axle with 5 speed and now with lowered floor. The gearbox is a T9 with steel bellhousing and spacer all bought from james whiting For me is the gearlever know to far a way. Has any one experience with gearlever extension turret.

Dear Jack, as far as i know early caterham wings should have in the front a recesse. Later after 1987/88 not. I bought mine, when i exchanged from cyle to flared wings from Redline. Mike told old backwings cars must have at the front wings with a recesse. This wings are less wide, the top on the front shows more to the ground.
