A few have asked - seats are for an S3 car

I have a pair of S3 leather S type seats in good condition which have been professionally (and expensively) retrimmed in blue Connolly leather. The retrimming includes Union Jack flags in the seat back and the "Caterham" logo in seat back and headrest. Totally unique I suspect, they are trimmed in a darker shade of blue leather. The package comes with matching headrests, runners and a matching softbits for 7s draft divertor. Probs easiest if your genuinely interested to message me with your email or mobile and I can send photos. £950 for the package plus postage (if needed) at your cost/arrangement. Looking for a steer how best to check an R500 engine for health please? Cars low miles, done mix track and road but never been rebuilt.

Good shout re the slides, cleaned them up and the pads are now quite loose sitting in either side, so fairly sure it's the piston in the actual caliper

rigid lines - sadly! Piston is stuck solid and the face of it is quite corroded. New caliper beckons defo. Another question - will the spring holding the handbrake mechanism take off when I loosen the 10mm holding down bolt - what's the trick with swoping the handbrake cable from one caliper to the other please?

Have hardly used the car and took it out today - one of the rear calipers is binding a little. Removed the pads and cleaned them up which improved things but still not 100%. Reckon I may need a caliper? What car do they normally originate from and Best place to purchase same please? It's a 2006 R300 K

Last year I bought a lovely low miles one owner R300 K. Checking it's significant history file reveals the belt was done around 1000 miles ago back in 2017. Does it need done again I wonder?

The one on my 2005 R300 has a single cable into it and is falling to bits so I need to replace it. I see there seems to be an LED replacement on offer now, is this just plug and play I wonder as it looks like there are two cables on it?
