  1. Spotted Saturday at 12:45 (by my well trained Son Peter ) on the A44 island just north of Evesham heading north . The car was red with two spares strapped to the roll bar. The plate was something like T599***. Rob.
  2. I spotted a Q reg green Seven (may have been a copy), peeking out from under a plastic sheet parked on the drive of a large house on the A449, half way up the hill at Great Malvern Worcestershire.
  3. Could you give me more info on the FIA roll bar please? I'm new to the game so I'm not sure if it's going to fit. I've got a 2007 Roadsport. I really want a standard FIA roll bar as opposed to the tall one. Is that what this is? Do you know if it will fit? Regards, Rob.
  4. Is it WAGs that meet in Redditch? I've been meening to check out the meetings at the Brook In. I'm increasing my Power to Weight Ratio. I'm on a diet.
  5. Can you give us a link to your ebay add please? I'm increasing my Power to Weight Ratio. I'm on a diet.
  6. I have just bought a 2007 Roadsport. The paintwork is in good condition, apart from around the fuel filler neck where it has lifted from the aluminium. It is not visible until the standard filler cap is removed. How can I stop it spreading any further? If I replace the fuel filler cap with the Aero version will it cure this problem? Thanks, Rob.
  7. I can't really visualise what it is your selling. Can you send me a picture please?
  8. Thanks to everyone who replied in one way or another to help with my search for a Seven. I am very nearly the proud owner of a gorgeous 2007 1.6 Roadsport, thanks to Millwoods. Not quite what I was looking for, I know, but I'm besotted all the same. Regards, Rob.
  9. Hi, I'm (still) looking for an excellent 1800 Supersport or Roadsport, cycle wings, leather seats, low miles, preferably yellow or green/yellow. Regards, Rob
  10. I should probably say that I don't actually have the car yet, but this discussion is of great benefit in deciding what to buy. I'm now thinking about buying a standard Roadsport and having it upgraded to exactly the specification I want, rather than searching for the perfect car. From what I've read, the exhaust, porting, and Cams would be the first things to look at, probably in that order. I like the look of the K13A upgrade. Thanks for all of your input. Rob.
  11. Thanks all for this wealth of information. I had no idea there were so many choices. I like the idea of going down the DVA route with the possibility of further upgrade with minimum waste. Best regards, Rob.
  12. Thanks BB, that's more than helpful. Rob.
  13. Say I had a nice standard Roadsport, and I wanted to upgrade the spec to a Supersport. How much would I have to throw at it? Any idea's Cheers, Rob.
  14. Under dash hand brake and live axle! What chassis is it built on? It's not a roadsport, is it? Regards, Rullingen.

    Dave, you have mail. Rob.
  16. Richard, many thanks for the reply. I still haven't got a car but I'm edging ever closer Rob.
  17. Is the set all round or just the front? I may be interested, but I don't have the car yet (bear with me). I have my eye on a 1995 HPC, but it doesn't have adjustable dampers. I need to check on compatibility. Do you have any further detail that would aid this process? Thanks, Rob.
  18. I'm looking for a Seven. Ideally I'd like a 1.8 K Series, or 16V Vauxhall, low-ish millage and factory built between 1997 and 2000. Leather seats, cycle wings, weather gear and in excellent condition. If you're thinking of selling your Seven and it comes close to matching the above then please let me know. Thanks, Rob.
  19. I am currently very interested in a 2000 Roadsport VVC with 20K on the clock and one owner from new. The owner has a full service history, much of it with Caterham, but states that they have never advised him to have a cam belt change, consequently it has a 9 year old cam belt. I was a little surprised at this, and from what I can find on the web on this subject the maximum suggested age is 5 years. I'm thinking that if I were to buy the car I'd want to trailer it straight to the garage for a cam belt change. Am I over-reacting?
