  1. Just installed one of John's too 👌. Well out the way of the aeroscreen centre.
  2. Indy on 6th June and GP with the club on the 27th June 👍.
  3. Hi all I'm at Bedford on Monday 13th May with MSV. I've booked a garage and am happy to share it (no cost) - they're big enough for more than one Caterham if memory serves me correctly! If you're going, and it'd be useful, let me know. David
  4. The studs the wheels mount, which I/we then tighten up the nuts on.
  5. That was (and is!) my plan BigCol - at least with the master key. 👍 I ordered the new key from CC before my car was delivered - of course my new car wasn't compatible with the new key 🤣 .
  6. I took the wheels off my (new) car at the weekend and noticed the bolts had been greased - must have been by CC. I thought this was a no-no given how it can skew torque measurements. Anyone else noticed this on a recent CC build?
  7. Is it this? https://caterhamparts.co.uk/master-cylinder/914-brake-master-cylinder-cap-race-no-float-switch.html If so, then it's the race cap (as Wrightpayne said above). It does away with the low fluid warning lights, but doesn't leak (apparently!).
  8. Thanks Guy. It's always the way - keys are like buses 😄.
  9. Perfect, thanks Matt. I've just ordered from Ebay!
  10. Looking for a spare key. My car is a 2024 model but looks like it came with an old key - see picture below. I ordered a key from CC but it's this one https://caterhamparts.co.uk/battery-cut-off-kits/1338-battery-master-switch-key.html which although vaguely fits once I knocked the pin through, doesn't activate the electrics - and why should it if it's a different key! I'm surprised my car has an old key but there you go! Once I find the incorrect spare, I'm happy to post it out to someone at no cost - I'll put it in the 'for sale' section. Not looking for a freebie here, just looking for direction of where I can buy a (correct!) spare. SBFS are out of stock sadly (have been for a while) and I've not seen one anywhere else. Thanks David
  11. I think the four pot calipers come in black with white 'Caterham' lettering.
  12. Hi James I was advised by CC to buy two shims, and I have - any chance of some pics of your installation, and/or advice on doing the job? Or anyone else for that matter! I'm sure it should be simple, but... Thanks
  13. Don't DPR's Spa mirrors come with their adjustment bolt conversion hence more expensive?
  14. Not just me then... I used to wince when jacking my Academy car up via the tow loop. It was the accepted method but it didn't feel right, watching the chassis twist. I'll be using the front cruciform with my new car!
  15. Hi, I picked up my car yesterday and had a quick look at fitting my Caterham half-hood. Of course, I've got no instructions with mine 🤪. However I found this thread on BC which has a pdf half way down: It sounds like you have worked it out but here is a fitting guide that I didn't have: Caterham Half Hood Fitting Guide.pdf I'm linking it here in case it's of use to anyone who comes across this thread. I'll have a go soon, but I'm waiting for a rainy day 😁.
