  1. Guess I'll have to put it on ebay then ❗ Ian - MI 5EVN - Sumpless
  2. Hi Simon, Sorry I haven't called you, been a little busy in the office, will try to do so later. BTW you'll need a large (empty) estate car! There is someone interested in the Multiroom system at the moment but I'll let you know if it falls through. Masha, I used to run a business installing this stuff but now just do the design and consultancy (as I couldn't find enough competant staff and had to close it ☹️). See you at Ringlestone Thursday? Ian - MI 5EVN - Sumpless
  3. I hate computers ❗ Just returned to Chit Chat, and it took 12 seconds to load (on an ADSL connection with only items from Last Day selected) ☹️ Tried to post a new topic again and it worked ❗ *confused* Came back to 'Bugs' and again it took 10-15 seconds to load the Bugs page (and with only 'Last day' selected) *confused* Ian - MI 5EVN - Sumpless
  4. Well that worked I'll monitor Adrians thread for any developments ❗ Ian - MI 5EVN - Sumpless

  6. Now I've got the same problem! HELP! I'll try another post in this area. Ian - MI 5EVN - Sumpless
  7. 120 odd views and no-one interested? Ian - MI 5EVN - Sumpless
  8. Wallbanger Manufacturers website here doesn't show it now as it was superceded, however the brochure is here and I've emailed you the JPEG images of it in case that helps. Edited by - Ian B on 11 Nov 2002 15:06:22

  10. Sony TC755 Vertical standing, takes 10.5" reels, 2 speed, 1/4 track stereo Very Good physical condition (silver with wood side cheeks) original box and packaging. Was working perfectly when last used around 3 years ago! Hence selling! £offers? Ian - MI 5EVN - Sumpless
  11. Audio Access system, quite old but still serviceable. Was removed from a customers house a few years ago, comprises: 8x PX-6S room controllers 8x keypads, Accessories. Manual. £100 ono. Ian - MI 5EVN - Sumpless
  12. Just spent the weekend clearing out the old company's Workshop. Anyone into electronic dabbling? theres loads of 'stuff' including: Power supplies Old 'Analogue' Satellite receivers, card readers, D2-Mac card reader Modular Sound Mixers Old Multisystem VCR Box of about 40 assorted remote controls Radio Remote handsets and receivers (relay output) from gates/garage doors 6-Cassette autochanger Some Telephone bits Various components and kits CCTV cameras Large Infra-Red cctv lamp Twin Cassette Deck Door Entry bits Car stereo and 2 amps (pioneer I think?) Shure SM58 handheld Radio Mic (173.8MHz), no receiver. UHF TV tuner RGB switcher (Barco RCVDS) loads of other bits, etc Nothing guaranteed, some quite old! I'd like to get rid of the lot in one go, and hate to just throw things in a hole in the ground if they may be of use to someone, so the first person to collect it (and give a donation to NTL?) can have it! If you're interested email my profile address. Ian - MI 5EVN - Sumpless Edited by - Ian B on 10 Nov 2002 16:53:29

  15. Thanks for thinking! In my innocense I assumed it wouldn't be too different to the existing 'For Sale' section, but I understand why you are checking it out . I hope it does happen as I think its a great idea - good luck! Ian - MI 5EVN - SV's do it longer
  16. So Barry, you're back and have been busy! (great smilie box and 'last post by' bits BTW). Any thoughts on this one? Ian - MI 5EVN - SV's do it longer
  17. I think the high level ones would just reflect off my bald-patch and dazzle other drivers ☹️ Ian - MI 5EVN - SV's do it longer
  18. Bruce One thing to bear in mind as well is whether you are going for 5 or 6 speed gearbox. I have 16" wheels and 6 sp box but I can imagine it wouldn't be too comfortable on extended road journeys or motorway use (if you have to) with smaller wheels. Ian - MI 5EVN - SV's do it longer
  19. Thanks everyone, I'll have a look at the options. Julian, I'm curious as to why you're selling one thats only 3 weeks old? Ian - MI 5EVN - SV's do it longer
  20. Hi Martin, Caterhams Stainless Steel one is £16 but I will check out a local bike shop anyway, thanks. I'm not taking part at Curborough (I've never done Sprint before anyway!) and not sure if I can make it this weekend as spectator - if it looks like I'll be free I'll email you. Are you competing? Edited by - Ian B on 18 Aug 2002 21:42:22
  21. Nearly lost my plastic one today as it blew out the side! Managed to retrieve it and decided to get Ali one. Is the one from Caterham the one to go for? (Sorry not very TECH question!) Ian - MI 5EVN - SV's do it longer
  22. Anyone got one in vgc that they no longer need? (for a 7 naturally!) Edited by - Ian B on 21 Aug 2002 17:47:43
  23. What! Who's typing in all those little *'s then? Ian - MI 5EVN - SV's do it longer
  24. Barry, Please see here (or here) and let us know what you think? Regards, Ian Ian - MI 5EVN - SV's do it longer Edited by - Ian B on 16 Jan 2006 16:11:03
  25. Dave, did you use a remote light on the dash? If so what are the connections and signals output from the unit? I'm thinking of getting one but want to know if I can conceal it and design an external circuit to drive a dash light and possibly 'buzzer'. Don't want to open up unit just use any external connections it may have. Ian - MI 5EVN
