I know there are a few cyclist amongst us. SWMBO is off to have a knee replaced next week and a bit of bike exercise has been recommended for rehabilitation. So looking to find her a indoor bike or turbo trainer or similar for a couple of months use.

Thanks Stu, I agree and I thought a few games in the garden would be great - have played a few times on holiday and we all loved it. But I am shocked at the price of the sets. they range from £40 - '000s for what basically is a few mallets, few balls and some metal hoops. I know I know quality etc - Caterhams are the best example of that!!! LOL A cheap second hand one will pop up I am sure, I cannot get my head around the price yet!! LOL

I now have the manual, thanks Mark - Jonathan sent me one. The question is, in the manual it says button three to toggle between the layers, but on my car its the button nearest to the dash that does that. So without just pressing away at the other buttons like a monkey (which is what I would normally just do) I wanted to read first (while the car was away and I had time) - so hopfully I would not get in trouble and change a setting or something important.

So with a bit of time on my hands I have decided to dive in to the stack dash and what the buttons do. I know the button closest to the steering wheel toggles through the different screens - so what about the other buttons? Anyone got a guide or could talk me through the buttons. Before I list these on eBay. Does anyone need a set of wheels. These are style 613M that came off my last 535 touring they were used as my second set of wheels for summer tyres (sold the car with the winter wheels & tyres) genuine wheels that came with the car from new and they are immaculate. Tyres are close to the wear bars I have photos if needed collection from Dunstable, Beds or can meet close by £450

Yes flushed through quiet a few time No, not mixed coolant Its oil - no doubt about it. Had a couple of suggestions on FB and words of wisdom is a hairline crack in the oil way in the block. I am not having much luck with this oil and water!! LOL

Hey guys, I have replaced the head gasket on my R500K recently (milkshake etc) and replaced with a DVA special. Recently I have noticed oil in the expansion tank, but not in the overflow or any milkshake on the oil cap. I first thought it was remnants of the issue before, but now it seems to be more of it. Its pure oil as well and not milkshake really. I have sucked out as much as I can and flushed through as much as I can a couple of time the cooling system. But its coming back. Getting nervous to drive the car now. Am I right in thinking as there (well I cannot see any) oil in the overflow or on the oil cap that it "might" not be the head gasket this time. As the oil is only as far as I can tell in the coolant expansion tank. Please be gentle as I am NOT mechanically minded really!!!!!! Can the oil cooler be tested or jsut replace?? thanks Nic
