Hi Andrew, Thanks for the reply, I had my current ECU on the roadsport worked on my Mark Stacey 2 months ago, and I have to agree it was a transformation. The reason for thinking about getting a cheap standard one is to just get the car going with the new engine then decide if I want to go the emerald route so it is ready for future upgrades. Alan

The Engine I have to go in is a MGF VVC, that is why I wanted to see a pic to get a rough idea how different. Alan

Has anyone got a picture of an EU3 VVC engine they could send me please? mainly interested in the wiring loom, ecu and connectors to the ecu, I have got a VVC engine but want to see any difference between the loom on it and one fitted to a 7. Thanks Alan
