I'm meeting a friend in France for a trackday in his French Seven. He only has sidescreen mirrors which are not very good. Ideally I would take a pair of side mirrors that I could securely clamp onto the windscreen stanchion - fit in my hand luggage, no drilling, no modification or damage to his car, and most importantly, they work!! Indeed I did, but now on aluminium cycle wings. However, it may be more interesting to fabricate an aluminium air box rather than modify a carbon unit. I only want an air box to suppress intake noise as opposed to performance and great looks
