Probably sold by now... Are we really talking about the SV carbon fibre aeroscreen with the full set of mirrors? http://www.caterhamparts.co.uk/product.php?id_product=2988 New price £750. Doctor
Hi there, My 2014 CSR has an SV nose - no side holes for high headlights fixing, but unnecessary holes for the front anti-roll bar (the one on the CSR is well within the nose). I managed to buy this: http://www.carbonmods.co.uk/Products/carbon-fibre-chin-spoiler-for-caterham-csr.aspx It looks great, but unfortunately it is the exact copy of this fibre glass part: http://www.caterhamparts.co.uk/product.php?id_product=3235 which was originally designed for the old style CSR nose (a bit more squarish when compared to mine). I need to find a business dealing with composites (preferably North or Midlands) which is willing to take on the challenge a make it fit. Any tips?
Since I thoroughly enjoyed 2015 season are there any plans out there for 2016? Venues/timings so I can start sorting things out in order to be able to join again?
Hi Andy, hi everyone, absolutely superb day, lots of fun. Phil very useful as always, good company and beautiful weather. Can't wait for the next season offer, might squeeze one more track day in before winter.
Hi everybody and Andy, managed to create a time off so coming down south!! the plan is to drive down Tuesday, Wed track day and drive back up north on Thursday. Where should I look for a decent accomodation?
Andy, you did absolutely superb job. Don't worry about the groups so much - I did not feel threatened despite being in the novice group, driving my car on the track for the first time and never been to Cadwell before I felt perfectly safe - the faster boys were very patient and I did not feel intimidated at all. Phill "lost" £4 in my passenger's footwell - they are safe with me. His tuition was definitely worth much more than that. He was spectacularly good and useful. I've rearanged the work and Brands Hatch looks very possible now. Keep up the good work and when you come up with the place to stay next to the track, let me know.
Safely home before 10pm, driving steady Eddie, pissing down with rain in Cheshire, but the Peak District was a good fun. Andy - awesome job Essex and Kent (London boys) pleasure to meet you. I found £4 upon arrival - I suspect they do belong to my lovely instructor the name of whom I've already forgotten - chappy with glasses. Overall - awesome day.
