    In that case I'll print one off tomorrow at work. I have asked Caterham for a manual in my latest email of missing parts so I'll see what they say. IMHO it's pretty poor if they don't even give you a manual.

    Thanks guys, I haven't put a washer in, I think it is just the angle/light. I sent Derek an email; hopefully he'll make it all clear tomorrow. It's been a frustrating day and the missing parts don't help. I haven't even got a manual yet - they were out of stock (2 weeks ago) and sent me the version for the 160 so I am working from that and the online version. I know all my frustrations will disappear once it's on the road. My neighbour has just put his Caterham back on the road and took me for a quick spin yesterday. I loved every second. Chris

    Thanks Andrew. Mine doesn't have that. Looks like this is one for Derek tomorrow. Maybe I should start on the gear box. Oh wait... no bell housing... So frustrating. Chris

    Thanks Tom. Mine is also wide track. That photo was without the bolts in. I have just got it together (Wow, I really hate that top bolt) and I have a 2mm gap at the moment. Hopefully that will increase when it is under compression.

    Hi, I am just assembling front suspension and the damper looks too close to the rear upper wishbone bolt. does this look right? Edited by - cb4798 on 20 Jul 2014 13:34:33
