150SV
Not in the detail that I think I may now have to, however, i can see the top and bottom hose runs to the rad, and theres nothing in those, and I fitted a new Radtec a few weeks ago, so I know theres nothing fitted to the rad. Amos91
With the car up to temp, disconnect the wiring plug to the temp sensor and see what the gauge does? Be a simple test to work out if it's reading from elsewhere. I can't say I've noticed any other coolant temp sender's on my 150.
150SV
If I disconnect that grey sensor, the guage returns to power off position and the fan kicks in....
Amos91
So that must mean that sender is for ECU and gauge?
Amos91
If you just fitted a new rad might be worth bleeding the system again just in case, perhaps you have some air in the system which is causing the fluctuations in temp on the gauge.
150SV
The other evening I ran it up, and the hoses were hot, heater on and stat open....will order one of those sensors and see what happens .

The pic you show matches the gauge end of my car, but at the sender I've got a blue/green and green, and there is no continuity between the two blue wires.....
