Caterham Evaluator for 'Agreed Value' Insurance Policy

Having now completed the registration of my kit build we had our first trip out on the road last week. I have converted my insurance policy for road use and have taken up the 'agreed value' option as part of the policy. The insurers require the completion of a 'Vehicle Condition Form' by an independent valuer to confirm the agreed value.

Can anyone recommend a valuer who would be able to do this for me? I am aware there is a club member who I think can carry out this service with a contribution to the club's PCR charity - if anyone could share their details it would be appreciated.
