I can't remember the head size, I'm sure someone will be along to advise, but It's worth buying a socket and grinding off the chamfer as the heads on these bolts are very easy to round off. PeterM Posted April 30, 2021 Share Posted April 30, 2021 It's possible the roll bar won't fully align with the holes on one side; don't try and force it into line using the bolts, the bar is very stiff and it will damage the threads. File out the holes until bolts fit; on the roll bar for the small bolt and the chassis for the large one.....if my memory serves me well. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
