GordonW
Anyone know what the thread is that is on the end of the taper that goes through the steering arm? I thought 3/8 unf but it seems to be an oddity??
John Vine
My guess would be M10 x 1, but I'm not sure whether this varies with model / age / chassis (imperial / metric).I don't have a TRE to hand, I'm afraid.JV
Ian Macquarie
I think it depends on where (and / or when) the TRE was purchased. I'm sure that on one occasion I changed one and the old nut would not fit on the new TRE - which wasn't too much of a problem as new nuts were supplied with the TRE.
