"MY70HYA" = "MY7 OH YA"

Appreciate not everyone is a fan of private plates, but thought someone might be interested in this registration which is presently for sale on the DVLA website for £399.

There's actually a few MY7 plates on there;

MY7 0K YA

MY7 0LDY

MY7 0GLE

MY7 0 YES

MY7 0H NO

MY7 0NLY

MY7 0 BYE

MY7 0RCA

Yes, valid point.
Perhaps just me hoping there are some L7C members who'll be buying/building a Caterham with a "70" plate and putting one of these on it.

But of course ;)

But I do wonder whether a *cop* would simply appreciate this along with the car and let it go.

And if one was to be caught on a speed camera *whistle* , I'm confident they'd figure out the registration. *wink*

Mine has just got through IVA, paperwork is with DVLA and my wife bought me a plate for it - it ends my initials reversed and ending 7 CAT, but I know the traffic guys at my station will HORT me if I play with the spacings. *cop*

As such I will run it looking older then it is but it still works for me.

Hi Ian,

Have I got this right your reg will be "P17 CAT"

Surely that's worth a "show plate" of " PI 7 CAT" just to see whether your colleagues will throw a HORT your way, at least you'd have a relatively reasonable excuse of "just checking you know the regs" *evil*

Ive presently got "L66TEY" on my 2010 R300, with black plates and silver letters - guess it's just a matter of time before I get pulled and receive a HORT (and a telling off).

No, I have a middle name so it is PR17 CAT - the problem with my workplace is that the white hatted mob just like to demonstrate they know the rules at times - you should see them in the HGV cab - so pious it is frightening!  *rofl*

I wouldn't mention it unless it had already been brought up... It is worth noting that there is currently a bill in parliament to change the penalty for illegal plates from a minor fine to a big fine with points on licence.

Nobody opposed it at the first reading.
