No space for front ARB

My car currently isn't running a front ARB due to a lack of space, the car was originally an HPC retrofitted with a Duratec so doesn't have the cowling setup, it's running a 13" fan. 

What's my best plan of action please?

1. Fit a smaller 10/11" fan that should free up enough space?
2. Add some bigger spacers for the rad to move everything forward another 1.5 inches?
3. Fit my existing fan on the other side of the radiator?

2 really isn't an option, moving the rad forwards will foul the nosecone. so it's 1 or 3, I would think a Spal 11 inch would do, well that's what I have and have an arb fitted too.

Thanks, I'll lookup the dimensions of an 11" model to check clearance. 

Reading around there's a question If I even need the front ARB as lots of people don't run them.

You forgot option 4 : have a purpose build ARB that goes round the rad fan.

I assumed that might be prohibitively expensive vs the other options?

My 11 inch fan is 4.6 to 4.7 cms deep, the gap between the fan and my arb is 9mm.

Thanks, I think If I moved to a 11" fan I'd mount it lower on the radiator so it should give me plenty of room even if I moved to one of the thicker anti roll bars.

There's ample room for the thicker bars already without any extra faffing about.

B O the ARB was made by Midas Metalcraft ( long gone since ) i just can't say how much it was over a std arb and i had to provide a detail drawing with all dimensions.

Maybe someone could answer B O's question about whether the car needs an arb.  If you're oversteering you could first try adjusting the rear arb if you have one.

When hill climbing/sprinting my 2 litre Vx (very heavy) engined car I had a Freestyle adjustable arb that I set to minimum stiffness when dry and disconnect completely in the wet, otherwise it understeered like a pig (no disrespect to any pigs reading this!)

Whether the same is true with the Duratec engine I don't know but I wouldn't be tempted to go too stiff with a fixed bar without talking to someone who knows as it could be an expensive experiment otherwise.

You might also talk to Bruce at Arch about getting one made as I believe he used to make the adjustable bar for Freestyle.

I believe that Meteor Motorsport still supply the adjustable blade type bars. We have supplied and fitted several over the last couple of years.
