Area Representative Nick Chan Posted October 24, 2016 Area Representative Share Posted October 24, 2016 Hi,Does anyone have an old push bike they no longer use and is suitable for a 6' student? Preferably a road bike or at least a MTB on road tyres and in good working condition. Needn't be too pretty as he's going to using it around Liverpool to get to uni and work but must be cheap!Budget is only around £25-30 which isn't much but if its clogging up your shed, it could do him a favour.ThanksNick
Titanium7
Hi NickHave a Trek Antelope 830, as you say clogging up the garage. Needs a little bit of attention but a good bike in its day. Tyres (road) still stay up! £25 and it's yours. I believe they are classed as 'vintage' now but a good light bike.

Colin Cooper
You may also be able to get one from a bike charity. I took two into my local one the other day. They refurb what needs doing and sell them on.Col
