Graham Howard
Just had an email to say my entry has been rejected. They had over 200 entries apparently! Perhaps Chris can throw some light on how competitors were selected. Has anybody been notified that they are in?Graham
chris whitlow
I'm in but I've no idea why.
mikecocker
According to the regs, 90 entries are reserved for various championships, ours not included. That leaves 65 for everyone else, us included. These are accepted at the organisers discretion, which I guess might include receipt of entries. I sent mine in on the 16 May, which was immediately after the regs came out and I've got an entry. It will be interesting to see how many of our members this affects.
Graham Howard
Thanks Mike. Probably didn't send mine in early enough.
RogerLegg
I sent my entry in on 14th May and I have an entry. It looks as though the entries have been allocated in the order that they have been received. It will be interesting to find out how early you had to get your entry in. Comp Sec
I've had it confirm that entries were accepted on a date basis first, with a larger percentage given to championships of which we are included.we have recieved 18 places of the 22 who applied. i have the list and will post later today when i get back from Silverstone
Dannyboy
I have an entry confirmed. If anyone needs a bed for the night first come first served, we only live about 10miles from Coombe. Simon.Rogers
That must be a very low standard given who she accepts on most other nights I take it you don't sleep in the shed?
