RogerLegg
I can report that it is a lovely sunny day in East Anglia today. Shade temperature is currently 13 degrees in my garden. The forecast is even better for the weekend so I am crossing everything that sunny East Anglia can live up to its reputation this year.

Comp Sec
Hopefully we won't need sandbags this year, good job it's not in Yorkshire as had snow drifts this morning.

CaterBram
Well they always say things come in three's, first the trust tyre pump gives up the ghost after 6 years, then the inspection cover comes of the Carb's somewhere around Hethel (Thanks to everyone who helped manufacture a fix before the 2nd timed run), then this morning on the way back the exhaust heatshield on the Bongo failed, and cooked the flooring and the spare toilet rolls to an extent they burst into flames, so ended up pulling over with smoke billowing out of the Bongo.Limped home in 15 mile steps flooding with water to try and keep for reigniting....So looks like exhaust off and flooring to repair before Curborough. Geoff Corker
Interesting journey home. Glad you noticed the problem, not long ago I blasted a burnt VW Campervan. The fire had destroyed what was otherwise a good solid vehicle.
Steve Causey
Good grief Chris! Makes my gearbox troubles look trivial. Glad you made it home in the end and hope there wasn't too much damage.
