Jim 123 Posted September 19, 2015 Share Posted September 19, 2015 Hi John, I've just read your message, and I've tried the following which apears to work..........Open your PDF, place the mouse cursor on an area of text and click the left mouse button. The cursor should now be "blinking" on the PDF document. Hold down the left hand mouse button and scroll along the PDF text. The area that you have scrolled will turn blue. Keeping the area of blue on your screen, right click the mouse and you can then select "Copy".Open a new Word document. When Word opens, select "Paste" from the Menu. Ther text that you highlighted in blue from the PDF should copy across and be manipulable in Word. If this doesn't work on your machine send me a copy of your PDF and I'll try to get it into Word format for you. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
