LouisFeakes Posted May 30, 2015 Share Posted May 30, 2015 I'm looking to fit a map pocket similar to this: (http://www.carbuildersolutions.com/uk/14-wire-frame-storage-pocket) to the outside face of the passenger footwell.I have a 2012 Supersport and am wondering if there is anything behind the inner skin I need to worry about before drilling and fixing. Stridey Posted May 31, 2015 Share Posted May 31, 2015 My car had a map pocket fitted just where you say, now stuffed full of hi vis, torch, pen and first aid kit...The previous owner also fitted one between the seats on the bulkhead, advantage being you can reach it strapped in. There are frame tubes but you can remove the tunnel top to see where they are before you drill. I bought 2 from Caterham having had a look around as they are decent size, self tapping screws and tidy finishing kit too.
