Dunsfold Dave
Looking from inside the wing the rear part is just fixed with nuts bolts and washers accessible from both sides, but the front section you cannot locate the nuts to the inside because of the inner skin. From inside the wing these appear to be different from the rear fixing as what I see appears to the be the top of a bolt. Should I just be able to remove these or do I need to take off the inner skin to get to the nuts behind? DD
Domus
Front ones are screws into rivnuts rear ones are nuts and bolts. Some in the boot some under the boot floor.
Dunsfold Dave
Thanks I've taken the boot floor out to get to those. I thought they would be rivnuts but not having done it before I wanted to be sure DD
myothercarsa2cv
If the forward ones start spinning, it's game over for that rivnut... Time to drill another hole and get another rivnut in. Use plastic bolts on refitting, found a supplier on eBay that does a whole bag (enough to lose half of them and still have enough) of nylon bolts and nuts for only a few quid. Going to be swapping over in due course.

Dunsfold Dave
I got the wing off and only one rivnut problem. I'm definitely going to nylon bolt on the refit. Mark I may take you up on that rivnut tool, but I may not even bother replacing the one I had issue with. DD
