Matthew Willoughby
The awards lunch will take place on Sunday 6th April. Please put the date in your diaries. This is the day after the Intro to Sprinting Day so Simon is going to arrange a night out for those that want to make a proper weekend of it. I will be arranging the lunch somewhere near Curborough. Details to follow shortly.

Simon.Rogers1
Well the way I saw it was that whilst some of us are busy at the Intro day those that prefer shopping can do so in Lichfield or wherever. Then we can have a party - again! Sunday we can recover and have a sensible lunch and some prizes. It means we only have to commit ourselves to one weekend. skydragon
Lichfield.....mmm...as a work colleague who comes from there frequently reminds me - Birthplace of the modern English dictionary, twinned with Limburg an der Lahn and is a proud host to one of the few three-spired cathedrals in UK. Perhaps a club outing to the Dictionary museum might be in order as well 😬
Simon.Rogers1
I checked that out Chris but they are only open in the evenings after 7pm (must be a hobby/charity thing) which will be way past your bedtime 😬
Charlies Angel
There's a Kart track next to Curborough............................just saying...........you know, just in case there are any really over competitive people, not in to retail therapy or ecclesiastical architecture
Stuart Miller 7
Definately up for karting! One condition though - Lyn needs to carry at least 40KG of corrector weights - not that I'm competetive or anything 😬 So we need dry and sunny for the intro and wet on slicks for the karting
Gill E
shopping it is then
Charlies Angel
Gilbert is running the Intro Day, so it's up to the Elwell Girl to Brown Belt it round the Kart track and uphold the honour of the Five Foot High Club.
