Mike Terry Posted October 21, 2021 Share Posted October 21, 2021 Hi,I have had a STARCOM set up for years.I am now having Bluetooth connection problems to my TOMTOM satnav (has always been tempremental)I have emailed them twice (a week apart) - no reply. I have just phoned them and been redirected to an answer phone for AUTOCOM. I have looked up AUTOCOM and note their phone number and address is the same as STARCOM.Does anyone know if STARCOM and/or AUTOCOM ceased trading?ThanksMike Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I received the most arrogant, disdainful and unhelpful treatment I can recall for some time.I was determined that they wouldn't get my money, so I bought a second hand one through Ebay.
