Spotted by my wife and youngest son around 6pm on Thursday - yellow Seven C7 PUS (?) heading along the Croydon Road, Beddington, toward the Purley Way

Another for the Philips Extreme bulbs. I've also adjusted the angle of both lights slightly to give a much longer 'reach' which comes closer to matching the car's speed potential at night. Not sure if they'll be OK for the MOT though. Only problem I have at the moment is the lack of illumination of the bank/pavement/wall on the passenger's side when taking a left hand bend or junction.

LE0's an 8 year old SV 140 with 90k on the clock, driven 365 days a year regardless of the weather. I've got 16 inch wheels and have tried A021s and 539s (ZV3s were the original fit), but find that the 888s give me the best all-round prformance in all weathers, but only by a very small margin over the A021s. The 888s do seem to last a lot longer than the others, though.

Jerry - thanks for that. Tried both the code and the actual Ferrari name for the colour, but no luck on the website. I'll give them a call on Monday

I did - perhaps I chose the wrong day. Very young girl behind the counter just said "I'm sure we don't have anything for Ferraris" and suggested I look at their colour chart, which I'd already done. Was there anyone else in the shop who could help - no, just the guy who does the bikes - a spotty youth of maybe 16 who admitted he had nothing to do with the car side of things, I'll try again on a weekday when there might be someone more knowledgeable in!

LE0 is in need of some TLC, including respraying rome small areas. The colour is Titanium - according to Caterham a Ferrari colour coded FER3238. Anyone any idea where I could get some in a spraycan?

Chris - I have a 1.8K SV 03 plate I changed the original Avons to Toyo R888 205 45 ZR 16 in 3G soft/medium compound which improved the roadholding in the dry and made a huge difference in the wet. I tried 13 inch for a short while, but whilst there was an improvement, I found I hit to many things with the sump or gearbox, so went back to the 16s and fitted the Toyos. I don't track it, but drive fairly briskly and would recommend them for fast road use. They don't wear out that fast, either. Try putting it into the search function - you'll find lots of advice!

Has anyone fitted an oil temperature gauge to a standard 1.8 K Series in a 7? Where did you fit the sender? I'd like to fit a dual mechanical gauge - pressure and temperature and am not sure where to put the temperature sender. What gauge did you use?

Looks like it's colour coded to match a Seven we have seen - fire orange metallic body and black wings - not yours, BOSS, by any chance?
