Go S&C. I ran the hose through the big grommet at the front of the tunnel. It is remarkably stretchy. No sharp edges to worry about.

Mine doesn't have a braided hose. I ran the nylon pipe inside a thick pvc screen wash hose for extra protection. No problems in over 16 years ....

Use long nose pliers to hold and position one leg of the 'W' at a time. Always keep a thumb on the middle of the clip to prevent flight. Safety glasses recommended.

Brake fluid absorbs moisture from the air. Water is heavier than hydraulic oil, so it falls to the lowest part, which is the calipers.

I stayed with the Orange OAT coolant on the basis that the engine is more expensive than a radiator and I can change it regularly.
I have the Caterham LED upgrade at the rear which is great, the JAL front indicators and the classic LED headlight and sidelight bulbs in the standard lenses. They are so good, I am not sure there is any more value to be had by more expensive headlight upgrades
You are aware the LED bulbs in standard headlights is a potential MOT fail ?

And that way, you know the unit will fit !

Good conversion. Did the same to ours as soon as we bought it in 2007.

Yes would be interested in this if someone knows, also a crossflow, used to be worse when all petrol stations closed on Sundays, one year I had to turn off onto a motorway just to fill up before I ran out🤣 just made it, now always carry a can but some of the distances on the French back roads that doesn't even help.
Petrol cans prohibited on ferries these days ?

Do you mean column or rack ? Either can be removed and refitted quite easily.

6mm thick fine ribbed rubber sheet sold by the metre on eBay. Cut to shape. Easily removable when bailing water out. Job done.

Our footwells can end up an inch deep in rainwater when driving in monsoon conditions. All sloshes to the front as you brake. Just be aware.

You can get the frame welded, and buy new plastic parts for the back or base ?
