I would say they all go on the terminal without the nut fitted at the moment.

Not sure how this thread turned a corner into F1 ?

+ve goes to the terminal on the starter motor that is switched by the solenoid to operate the starter. otherwise it would be running the whole time ! Same terminal connects onwards to the alternator output terminal.

Water pump shaft seal, coolant runs under the engine.

I wouldn't like to drive it on the road with 40/20 pressures !!

NPT can be parallel or taper thread. Sounds like you may be screwing male parallel into female taper ?

Nylon bolts so they break rather than the wing in the event of a nudge.

I hope you need to edit your price

Removed our WL and converted to radius arms. Much more comfortable ride and no more rattly rod end bearings.

Consider finding and using the central exhaust mounting bush. Approx 803-805mm from the rear bush in the same lower chassis rail. Assuming you can attach a suitable bracket to the exhaust to mount on a bracket/bobbin fitted at this location. If not supported centrally, the inlet to the silencer is a common fracture point as the exhaust bounces up and down between the manifold and rear bobbin.
