Can anyone advise on the nm range I need a torque wrench to cover for most DIY servicing jobs on a 7?
Any particular recommendations for actual wrenches would be great.

Miles, I can't answer the question about wing-stays. Best you speak to CC or Redline.
Avon still make the CR500. You can buy direct. I suspect the likes of CC, BMTR or Demon Tweeks can supply.
You can still get CR500 tyres in 195 45 R15. They are quite expensive though.
Replacing the wing stays would be cheaper than new wheels - even if you have to replace the cycle wings.
Several at Prescott hill climb yesterday including Andy Couchman. A great day out - as ever. Bugatti Chiron going up the hill was a sight. Favourite car was an AC Bristol belonging to one of the marshals. The owner was very gracious in his time and enthusiasm when chatting to my youngest.
Thanks DJ. On mine the indent on the moveable part of the valve sits at 10 o'clock when perhaps you'd expect it to be sitting at 12 o'clock namely lined up with the indent on the fixed section of the valve. Does that sound right?
With the help of another club member (cheers Geoff) we recently serviced the car but were defeated by the clutch fluid. The bleed valve was impossible to open. Has anyone successfully managed this recently and can they talk me through how to get the valve open. Even when we could get a had to it we couldn't get the thing to move. It looks like it moves in a clockwise direction to open? I'm reluctant to apply too much pressure for fear of damaging it. Thanks in anticipation. Huw
