Hugh Robinson,
High thanks for your reply to my query, the problem with my diff is not so much rattle but quite heavy cluncking when changing up or down. If I take anyone out its usually the first thing they mention. Your reply was much like most others, that is its best left alone and I'm beginning to think thats right. But once again thanks for your response.

🤔Hi Just got in and read the replies to my query and you've made me feel very wary of touching it.The fist person to suggest I could do this was Brett at Midlands although he did warn me that taking out backlash could introduce more whine. I then spoke to Chris Weston at Dartford who said they do it all the time there, but you do need to proceed with caution, doing one castellation at a time and then trying it. As we know one driveshaft is longer than the other, you need to loosen the one on the long side then do up the one on the short side the same amount, ie turn each one towards the rear of the car working from inside the boot with the floor out.

Hi,
I've got the Sigma 125 Roadsport, being now retired and having time on my hands while the cars in bed for a few weeks, I was thinking I might have a go at polishing up the exhaust system. My question is has anyone got any idea what the best thing is to use. Would appreciate any help, thanks.

If the large black cable is the one I think it is, it's a earth I connected mine to the top of bell housing. If it is earth it would explain the reason for not being able to crank the engine. The wires under the dash could be for the heated screen. 🤔
Hi, I'm putting my battery on charge for the winter with a Accumate charger. Do I unscrew the caps on the cells or leave them closed?
Thanks for any help.

Hi, I'm beginning to think that some of you are right, thinking back to my motor bike days it is easy to forget to cancel when there is no warning buzzer!
Hi Lads, I've got a 125 Sigma own build, but not knowing the first thing about electrics, how difficult, if indeed possible, would it be to replace the indicator buzzer with a flashing light. Appreciate any advice on this!
Hi,
Recently built a Roadsport Sigma 125 bhp, very happy other than a lot of clunking from the diff when I change gear either up or down. Midlands say its within limits but I have my doubts, would appreciate anybodys help on this.
