Hi all,just changed front discs on my 7 and one of the felt seals has split and needs replacing, does anyone know if you can buy these on there own and where from 🤔 or is there a better alternative, I need one this week wot another package!

I have these fitted and like Daves front and back both have steel grub screws though rear ones are a smaller allen key size, don't need to be very tight as Dave says when cars sat on wheels the adjusters shouldn't move. Also worth mentioning not to forget to have the damper adjuster facing inwards wot another package!

Relief Bri your spot on i jumped the gun, I restarted car and under close monitoring let car run up to normal temp, Good oil pressure,expasion tank ok no sign of water on oil filler cap left car running till fan cut in,temp held steady fan cut out checked dipstick all milkiness now gone and no more crank splash. This morn i warmed car up a little before dropping old oil and left draining a good hour it was still thick ice outside so i suppose this created a lot of considation in the engine thus milky oil and the fact i'm a numpty 😬

Just done an oil change with apollo drained oil out of wet sump and apollo changed filter filled with 6.5 ltrs started engine had to wait 7 secs for oil pressure to rise it settled at 5.5 bar dipped oil on min switched off topped up to about 7ltrs,started up left running 10 mins to get to temp, engine running about 70c dipped oil noticed milky dipstick also oil blowing out the top of holder,checked oil pessure,4 bar took top off header tank no oil in water but water expanding nearly to top[water in tank cold] i take it headgasket has gone but how any ideas help please. engine of course 1.8 k series. wot another package!

I'm running 14" wheels on my supersport r and am thinking of buying some 13" i know about unsprung weight more choice less money, but if shod with the same tyres around a track would i notice much difference in the handling 🤔

Had some mobil 1 given to me in its unopened container, mate who gave it to me has had it for about 4 years, question is will it still be ok to use.

I have standard bilstein set up on a supersport and am looking to upgrade. In your opinion should i go for CC adjustable platforms and race spring set 250lb front 215lb rears or go for the freestyle adjustable spring damper sets any views gratefully received.

Just looked at your photo,mine are set half that of what yours are now.Also car will only start if throttle is not touched.Hope this helps.
